I do currently love how my body looks and feels.
I love movement but I’ll be honest mindset and decision to nourish myself and care for myself played a big part in getting that feeling of contentment and satisfaction. 👄👄💪
So i thought, you may all like this mantra I love working with and have taught it in my classes.
I am beautiful
I am strong
I am loved
I love my body
I trust my body.
Do it with mindful movement or sitting down – try to literally soak it into your skin and cells.
